Rooms were clean and modern, plus the atmosphere is lively with live music before games. Valet service was a hassle and pricey, difficult to find parking.

The rooftop bar offers amazing views and a fun vibe with live music, but the check-in process was confusing. Parking costs extra, which can be frustrating. The room was clean and well-equipped.

The vibes are unmatched from the moment you walk in! The staff went above and beyond to make me feel right at home, even helping me with a last-minute ride to the airport. I adored the rooftop bar and its amazing atmosphere; it was the perfect place to unwind after a fun day!
Do recommend! ❤️✨

The hotel has a huge indoor pool perfect for kids! They offer complimentary breakfast that keeps everyone fueled up for a day of fun! !
It wasn’t inexpensive, but it was still reasonable.

The staff was friendly and ready for the concert crowd. I loved the Alexa feature in the room and the easy walk to the arena made everything a breeze.

Staying there was rough. The room was freezing, and the view was just an AC unit. It felt awkward walking back at night, surrounded by homeless camps. Plus, the food options were limited and check-in was a total mess.

The skyline views, rocking tunes, and lively vibes made us forget about work, kiddos, and daily hassles. It was the perfect spot for our big expedition!
My wife says that the hotel lacks child-friendly amenities.

The trendy lobby and first floor create a lively vibe, and the rooftop deck, when open, offers a great view. Conveniently located within walking distance to the Benz stadium. The modern and clean rooms with comfortable beds were a nice retreat after exploring the town.
Some room amenities had issues such as non-functional power outlets and broken lights. Limited toiletries and high prices for average quality food.

The room had a great view. I loved the interior design, but the temperature control was an issue; the air conditioner didn't function properly. I called maintenance, but it took a while to resolve. The bed's comfort level was decent, though I didn't get to enjoy it much. Noise from the rooftop area was distracting, especially on New Year's Eve. The cleanliness left much to be desired, with uncapped plastic cups and uncleaned bathroom floors. The Alexa feature didn’t work as expected either. despite the challenges, I appreciated the friendly staff and the room's size.

From my unforgettable stay, it was amazing to stroll around the city because the hotel is just a short walk from the Mercedes Benz Stadium, and nearby you can explore the Georgia Aquarium and the Martin Luther King Jr National Historic Site, all within a 30-minute walk which made my weekends filled with discovery and enjoyment;

Incredible staff made the stay unforgettable—Josh treated us like royalty, and the rooftop bar was a highlight. The high-tech rooms with mood lighting and sleek designs wowed us. But the valet service was a letdown; the unexpected parking fee and some staff attitudes left a sour note. We faced issues with the elevators, too, but the team handled our concerns well. The location is perfect for events, and the coffee bar was a pleasant surprise. a vibrant atmosphere, but they need to fine-tune some service aspects.

Not equipped for everyone. This hotel caters to a millennial crowd, evident from the self-check-in process. It’s a stark contrast to a quaint country inn. Initially off-putting, yet the modern, clean design of the room quickly makes an impression. Spacious and bright, it surpassed many hotel experiences I've had. Location is excellent, close to key venues. The staff, particularly Donnie, stood out—an unexpected delight in a largely tech-driven environment. Unfortunately, the lack of basic amenities like a functional refrigerator, adequate lighting, and consistent maintenance detracted from the stay. Limited dining hours and options felt like missed opportunities. There’s potential here, but they must refine certain aspects.

Reverb By Hard Rock in Downtown Atlanta boasts an unbeatable location near State Farm Arena and the Falcons' stadium. The staff was welcoming and attentive, creating a warm atmosphere. While the amenities could use improvement, the cleanliness of the rooms and friendly environment make it a solid choice.

I kicked back with chill sounds at Constant Grind, enjoyed Alexa assistance, and moved to Atlanta's rhythm. The nearest airport is a stone's throw away.
I had so much fun dealing with the nightlife around the hotel.

I could spend hours just looking out at the scenery. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and I had the best night's sleep in a long time. On the downside, I did have a few issues during my stay. The lights in the room didn't work properly, and I had to rely on natural light for most activities. The fridge took forever to cool down, and the layout of the room's lighting was a bit confusing to me. the check-in process was quite lengthy, and I found it inconvenient that there was no option for traditional check-in with a staff member. I did appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The shower was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the decor of the room. I did wish there was a microwave in the room and that the refrigerator was larger and more efficient. my stay at the Reverb was a mix of highs and lows. The beautiful ambiance of the hotel and the comfort of the room were definite highlights, but the issues with the room amenities and check-in process were areas that could use improvement. I hope these insights help others in making their decisions when choosing a place to stay.

Enjoyed the view from the rooftop lounge and the modern style of the hotel. The staff were fantastic, making the stay pleasant. The grab n go station made breakfast easy and quick during my xmas visit.
Parking was pricey, with valet being the only option, at $45 a night. The alexa in the room didn't work, causing inconvenience with the bedside lights.
